HELLO SIR
I have complaint for my wrong billing so many times,
but there is no result for my complaint,and that have closed without any action.
my bill average 500/- till 18 month approx,and now after lock-down the bill charge 1400/- (average).
i have checked last six meter Redding on online,then i so and shocked,there is 186 unit in all bills from 9/2019.

for example
21/09/2020 186 csm
25/11/2019 186 csm
24/01/2020 186 csm
31/03/2020 186 csm

and then now
01/07/2020 339 csm

and they billed 339-186

153 unit in this bill
total=4155/-


then we have paid all previous bills,
then why thy put the same units in last 4 bills although we have paid it.

i need the correct bill.
and also meter checking.

Meter reading person is very rude and unprofessional

Our customer ID is 500000468907
with name of Amit Daftary, Rajkot , need to raise complaint that your meter reading service person is very unprofessional and in very hurry, he is not ready to wait for a minuet till house wife come afer hand wash and open door. he has just raise close home bill. i dont mind if GSPC is ok with this, we need to pay in time and that is our track record. may be bill higher than close home bill may not be. The matter is service person professionalism and politeness. he dont know how to talk and behave with House wife (customer) i am MKT person and i know how i treat my customer and how much respect them. i think the time to work on this Dear GSPS management.
hope i will get your answer with action soon.

Please update my payments online.

When I go online and ask for for history of my payments, it shows up to Dec.2019 and I have paid 2 times in 2020,in Feb.2020 & May-2020 which are not updated in history !!!!!!! In this month,I paid by Paytm on 16June 2020 but not updated upto now !!!!!25June2020 Pity to say very slow work.....

Sir,
My self NAVINCHANDRA application form no. 80252637 Date 25.11.2019 for Domestic connection at BHUJ ; after one month went to office inquiry No tender now please come on or after March 2020 then covid 19 lock down & 1time call at Gandhinagar but no proper reply please visit local office, so again inquiring but no proper reply and till now don't get connection.

This issue is pending due to not proper management so once again I have to launched complaint as applicant senior citizen.This is for your kind information and action please
